Superb second-hand vintage pendant in 18-carat gold (750 thousandths rose gold), set with a central old-cut diamond , rose-cut diamonds and half-pearls for a total weight of approximately 0.35 carat. A horse's head hallmark dates this pendant to the late 19th century.
